Got a new-to-me bike, a Specialized Hard Rock mountain bike.
I know very little about bikes, but I’m currently taking a 4-part bike repair and maintenance class at the Des Moines Bicycle Collective. I’ll tell you at the end if I recommend it or not, until then, no linky.
Swapping the very knobby stock tires for some slicker ones that still have some bite on the sides. Also swapping grips and pedals, will update as I go. Need to figure out what’s up with middle chainring. Drivetrain is this week’s class, so it’s a mystery to me for now.
